Visiting Researcher
Anna Plowman is a Visiting Researcher with ICCCAD, currently undertaking her PhD in Development Studies at SOAS (School of Oriental and African Studies), University of London. She holds an MSc in Human Ecology from Lund University, Sweden, and a BA in Development Studies and International Relations from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand. In 2014-15 Anna was based at ICCCAD, conducting research into climate change, migration/urbanisation and job-seeking in Dhaka’s ready-made garment industry. Her current research expands on this and explores relations between climate change, migration, urbanisation, work and employment.
