Research Associate
Samiha Saleha is working as a Research Associate- LLA under the CAP-RES Project. She pursued her Bachelor and MS Degree on Disaster Science and Management from University of Dhaka. Her research experience began with the research project during undergrad on air pollution relating with public health and poverty estimation due to the Sylhet flood in 2022. Samiha started her career as Junior Research Officer working as various waste management and water quality projects at Onushandhani Creeds Ltd (O. Creeds), followed by a brief experience as a research assistant at SURF-IT project, North-South University. Furthermore, she worked as a researcher conducting salinity study using Remote Sensing (RS) and Geographic Information System (GIS) at Housing and Building Research Institute. Her research interests focus on Environment and Climate Change, Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR), WASH, Development and Policies.
