The International Centre for Climate Change & Development (ICCCAD) is a research and training centre based at the Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB) in Dhaka. ICCCAD’s mission is to gain and distribute knowledge on climate change, especially in a South Asian context, in order to help people adapt to the adverse effects of a changing climate.
